Terms and Conditions of Membership to MicroBurn
- Liability of membership
The liability of each full member is limited to £1.00, being the amount that each member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Company in the event of its being wound up while they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a member.
- Membership termination
Memberships do not expire.
A member can withdraw from membership of the company by giving 7 days notice to the company in writing.
Membership is not transferable.
A person’s membership terminates when that person dies or ceases to exist.
- Membership information
Members agree to inform Microburn in any changes to the membership information held by Microburn.
- Communication
Members agree to receive information about Microburn and Microburn events.
- Code of conduct
Members agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
- Principles of MicroBurn
Members agree to read and take the principles of Burning Man into consideration.
- Tickets to events
As a member, you are able to buy tickets to Microburn events but you are not guaranteed a ticket. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, it is your responsibility to check that that person also is a member of Microburn.
